1. Overview
This website is operated by MOHRA, a business registered in Ontario, Canada ("MOHRA," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.
2. Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Our products
MOHRA designs affordable-luxury jewellery. Please note the following about our materials, which we describe honestly and accurately:
Our stones are VVS1 moissanite. Each moissanite piece includes a GRA certificate and passes standard diamond testers. Moissanite is a distinct gemstone and is not a diamond. Select pieces in our Bloom collection (Carnelian and Mother-of-Pearl) feature natural gemstone materials rather than moissanite and do not include GRA certification.
Our metals are an 18K gold finish or 18K white gold finish applied over a 925 sterling silver base. As with all plated jewellery, the finish may wear gradually over time with regular wear and exposure to moisture, friction, perfumes, and cosmetics. Care guidance is provided to help extend the life of each piece.
We have made every effort to display the colours and details of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate, and slight variations between images and the physical product may occur.
4. Pricing and currency
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, and product availability at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been submitted, in cases of suspected error, fraud, or pricing inaccuracy.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
6. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment providers at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping timelines, costs, and coverage are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by customs processing.
8. Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original unworn condition with all packaging and, where applicable, the accompanying GRA certificate. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. Please review our Refund Policy in full for details.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including designs, images, text, logos, the MOHRA name, and the tagline "Luxury you can live in." — is the property of MOHRA or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
10. Accuracy and completeness of information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time.
11. Prohibited uses
You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others, to harass or abuse, to submit false information, or to interfere with the security features of the Service.
12. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service and all products delivered to you are, except as expressly stated by us, provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In no case shall MOHRA, its founders, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any products purchased, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOHRA and its founders from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
