Refund policy
We want you to love your MOHRA piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Condition. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition, returned with the original packaging, care cloth, and GRA certificate. We can't accept pieces showing signs of wear.
Non-returnable items. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. Custom, engraved, and final-sale items can't be returned.
How to start a return. Email hello@shopmohra.com with your order number and reason, and we'll send instructions.
Return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You're welcome to choose a refund or an exchange.
Exchanges (ring sizes). Need a different size? Email us within 14 days and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
