Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Where we ship. We ship across Canada and the United States.

Delivery. Orders ship via Canada Post with tracking. Delivery times follow Canada Post's standard service and are estimates, not guarantees.

Rates. Shipping is free on orders over $199. Orders under $199 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages. Once your order is handed to Canada Post, delivery is in their hands. If tracking shows a problem, email hello@shopmohra.com and we'll help you open a claim with Canada Post.

US orders — duties. Most personal jewellery orders ship into the US duty-free under the standard threshold, but any import duties or taxes that do apply are the customer's responsibility.
