Shipping policy
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Where we ship. We ship across Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand.
Delivery. Orders ship via Canada Post with tracking. Delivery times follow Canada Post's standard service and are estimates, not guarantees. Orders to Australia and New Zealand take longer than orders within Canada.
Rates.
Within Canada, standard shipping is free on all orders until December 31 (holiday offer). From January 1, standard shipping is free on orders over $150; orders under $150 are charged a flat $10 shown at checkout before payment.
To the United States, standard shipping is free on orders over $150; orders under $150 are charged a flat $18 shown at checkout. Express shipping to Canada and the United States is available at checkout for a flat $29. Express uses a faster Canada Post service; delivery times remain Canada Post estimates, not guarantees. To Australia and New Zealand, tracked international shipping is a flat $69, shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages. Every order ships tracked and is covered against loss or damage in transit. Once your parcel is with Canada Post, delivery timing is in their hands — but if tracking shows a problem, email hello@shopmohra.com and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.
Unclaimed packages. If the carrier leaves a delivery notice, it's your responsibility to pick up your parcel before the pickup deadline. If a parcel is returned to us because it wasn't picked up, was refused, or the shipping address provided was incorrect, we'll contact you and offer to reship it at your cost, or refund your order minus the original shipping cost and any return fees charged to us.
US orders — duties. US orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. Any that apply are the customer's responsibility.
Australia and New Zealand orders — duties. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.
