Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Where we ship. We ship across Canada and the United States.

Delivery. Orders ship via Canada Post with tracking. Delivery times follow Canada Post's standard service and are estimates, not guarantees.

Rates. Within Canada, standard shipping is free on orders over $150; orders under $150 are charged a flat $10 shown at checkout before payment. To the United States, standard shipping is free on orders over $299; orders under $299 are charged a flat $18 shown at checkout. Express shipping is available at checkout for a flat $29. Express uses a faster Canada Post service; delivery times remain Canada Post estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages. Every order ships tracked and is covered against loss or damage in transit. Once your parcel is with Canada Post, delivery timing is in their hands — but if tracking shows a problem, email hello@shopmohra.com and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.

US orders — duties. Most personal jewellery orders ship into the US duty-free under the standard threshold, but any import duties or taxes that do apply are the customer's responsibility.
